Nate has a Business Management degree and works as a Portfolio Manager in London. He is married to Natalie and together they enjoy cooking, attending cooking classes, mixing cocktails and seeking the best coffee shops.

Dan & Hannah
Dan is Lead Pastor at Jubilee. He moved to East Grinstead in 2010 to study Theology and serve the church. Later, he worked as a Site Assistant for a creative team in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks. He became Associate Pastor in 2016 and Lead Pastor in 2019.
Hannah, a trustee, and part of the staff until May 2024, has over 10 years of experience in Law. Dan and Hannah enjoy traveling and renovating their home together. They have three Children.
Sam & Grace
Sam and Grace moved to East Grinstead in 2010, joining Jubilee Community Church. Sam became an Elder in 2015 and works as a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Queen Victoria Hospital and McIndoe Centre. He enjoys football, athletics, and listening to Gospel and Jazz music.
Grace is a Clinical Pharmacist for the NHS and manages their private business. She enjoys singing, reading, badminton, and homemaking. They have four children and love traveling and praying together.
Matt & Lizzy
Matt moved to East Grinstead in 2004 and soon joined the youth team before becoming the 0-18’s Pastor in 2016. In 2019 he became an Elder, and Associate Pastor in 2022. Matt has a real passion to see evangelism thrive throughout the local church., Matt has a background in aviation and care work and loves collision and contact sports.
Lizzy, a qualified Dental Nurse with experience working with special needs children, enjoys all things Bake Off. They have two sons and love adventurous, muddy outings.
Kevin & Kris
Kevin, originally from Essex, retired as a GP in Caterham in March 2022. A church member since 2012, Kevin has led the Blaze children’s team and became an Elder and Wellbeing Pastor in May 2022. He has a desire to see people take hold of God’s purpose for wellbeing in their lives and to see those involved in Church leadership flourish.
Kris continues working in the NHS while exploring ways to support parents and young people's mental health. Together, Kevin and Kris love traveling, skiing, and hosting family gatherings.
Alison
Finance Officer
Alison grew up at Jubilee and has served on various teams over the years, including worship, youth and social action. She became our Bookkeeper in 2021 but works with other charities and small businesses too. Alison is also a trustee for a local counselling charity and is passionate that people of all abilities can access the local church.
Julian
Trustee
Julian works as a Chartered Legal Executive and specialises in Wills and Probate. He is married to Rhoda and they have two grown up children. He likes spending time outdoors as much as possible and particularly enjoys playing tennis at his local tennis club. He is even happy to play when it’s raining!
G
0-18s Coordinator
G has been a member staff since January 2022 working as the Coordinator and Administrator for our children and youth work. She also oversees our Parent and Toddler Group and is lead recruiter at JCC, processing all staff and volunteers DBS checks.
Mark
Chair of Trustees
Mark became a trustee in 2019. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants and worked in the investment and insurance world before setting up his own financial services company. Mark is married to Jenny, they have three sons and seven grandchildren. Mark is passionate about the local church, he also likes watching football when he can.
Cris
Trustee
Cris is a retired teacher and heads up Jubilee Community Centre’s Safeguarding team and is also Safeguarding Co-ordinator for New Ground. She and her husband Martin were married in the church and have been members for over 30 years. Since their three children have grown and left home, they have fully exploited their freedom to travel!
Natalie
Communications
Natalie is our Communications Administrator and is currently on maternity leave until March 2025.
Fiona
CAP Manager/Trustee
Fiona is a fully trained CAP debt and money coach and manages the East Grinstead CAP Debt Centre here at Jubilee Community Church. She is also a volunteer at East Grinstead Foodbank and an advocate for ACTS435. She has two daughters and serves of the Sunday Welcome Team.
Will
0-18's Pastor
Will moved to East Grinstead in 2021 with his wife Alex. Prior to becoming the 0-18s Pastor, he spent over 8 years working in real estate. His heart is to see the young people of the church, and the wider community fall deeper in love with Jesus. Will and Alex have 2 children and he is an avid snowboarder and a retired Liverpool fan.
Sue
Administrator
Sue is a retired teacher and is our head Administrator. She is married to Dave and they are kept active and busy with their two children and four grandchildren. She has a pastoral heart and serves on the prayer response team. Sue likes to travel the countryside with Dave in their recently acquired caravan.
Holly
Building Manager
Holly manages the Jubilee Community Centre, dealing with the day to day running of the building. Meeting and contacting hirers, Holly ensures the centre is a friendly, welcoming environment. She is a member of the church and is married to Sam. They have recently become parents.
