Should Christians have to obey the Sabbath laws?

• Law itself can be broken down into three types or areas

o    Moral Law

o    Covenant Law

o    Sacrificial Law

So what about the Sabbath?

• Do I have to take a Sabbath – No
• Is it unbelievably good for me to take a Sabbath – Yes

• What stops us taking more Sabbath rest in our lives?
• To what extent do these reasons betray a lack of faith in the provision of God?
• How might we encourage one another to take more rest and not look at busy-ness as a badge of honour?
• What happens if we do not take Sabbath rest?
