Handling Healing Track
If you have healing and seeing break though in healing on your heart, or you are looking to grow your knowledge of healing and the kingdom, or even looking for a healing yourself… then these sessions might be for you.
Pete Benton & Lesley Cowley will be leading some sessions looking at how we handle healing then equipping each other on how to pray for the sick. We will also aim to launch a team who will be available on Sundays to pray for the sick each week. These are the key themes over the four weeks
1) King of the Kingdom – looking at Jesus the great Physician, how he ministered and a biblical Kingdom theology.
2) Dealing with Disappointment – it’s hugely important to invite God into every part of our lives and remove any blockages that might be effecting our view of healing.
3) Suffering, sickness & healing – we need to have a great theology and pastoral practice when we face the reality of suffering, sickness and death.
4) Naturally Supernatural – Jesus commissioned his disciples sending them out with Power & Authority. We want to grow in our faith and see Heaven Invade Earth, learning to live like Jesus lived guided by the Father in the power of the spirit.
Alongside this teaching we will have times of worship, prayer and ministry, stirring fresh faith by strategically sharing testimonies and thinking how we can grow in healing as a church.
