December 2017
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Berlin Adventure friends and family! Thanks for all the support and prayers. 2017 has been an amazing year for us. We have really known God’s goodness, faithfulness, love, and grace in this time. This year has been a season of preparation, learning lots and building new friendships.
After a long weekend in Berlin this month we are even more excited about our move to the city in April 2018. Please continue to pray for us as we prepare for our move and build team. We’d love to see you at one of our Berlin Brunches in January, and why not consider joining us on this awesome Berlin Adventure in 2018!

Temporary homes – It’s 90% confirmed that both the Cowell’s and ourselves have secured temporary homes for the summer in Berlin. Wahoo, thank you Jesus!
2017 – We attended our first Thanksgiving meal with some American and Dutch friends this year. It was a great moment to give thanks to God for all He has done this year. Whilst the waiting has been challenging at times, we are so grateful to God for the opportunity and lessons this year has brought.
Prayers:
Health – Sarah’s sinuses are bad at the moment, giving her bad headaches and effecting her sleep. Please also pray for G who has been battling with a viral infection and off work.
Transition – Moving on from somewhere can be tough, saying goodbye to friends and family. Pray for the Cowell’s as they transition from New Community church in Sidcup, and ourselves from Redeemer International church in The Hague.
Bread & Butter of church planting – Pray for provision with jobs and homes in Berlin.
