May Month of Equipping 2015 – Inner Healing
At JCC we want to see “More people more likeJesus…”. Jesus said that we will know the truth and the truth will set us free!
Pete Benton & Lesley Cowley will be drawing on Simon Holly’s book ‘Sustainable Power’ and Neil Anderson’s ‘Freedom In Christ’ course to teach four sessions on Inner Healing. Simon Holly uses the illustration of boulders or rocks in a river bed that can hinder the flow of the Spirit in our lives. Similarly we can find ourselves hiding behind masks and insecurities, hurts and things of the past that hold us back. On the inner healing track we will spend time looking at the truth of who we really are as God’s children and invite God to highlight areas in our lives that may need healing. These evening will consist of teaching, testimonies, worship, time with God, and prayer. We’ll spend time together in God’s presence and in the Bible allowing the truth of who God is and who we really are as His children to bring freedom and healing to our lives, becoming more like Him.
