As we begin December and all focus is on Christmas Celebrations, it seems a bit hard to think ahead to next August Bank Holiday! To take advantage of the early-bird rate, though, folks must book before the end of December!
Ashburnham is a family camp over the last weekend of August. Last year, our church had one of the biggest groups there – over half of the church was there – and it was a great opportunity to get to know each other better as well as benefit from the excellent teaching. There is a great kids and youth programme, and many families were blessed to see their children grow in their relationship with God.
The prices below are for camping (self-catered) and day visitors.
Early Bird Booking Price (till 31/12/14)

Standard Booking Price (till 31/03/15)
- Adult (18 and over): £95
- Child (5-17): £10

Late Booking Price (till 17/08/15)
- Adult (18 and over): £130
- Child (5-17): £15
- Child (0-4): FREE
Prices for staying in the house with all meals provided can be found on the website.
You can either pay now if you can afford it, or, if you would rather, enter the discount code EG100 at the very bottom of the booking page. The church will pay your fees up-front so that you can take advantage of the lower price and then you pay what you can, when you can into the collection (in an envelope with your name and Ashburnham on it will help the finance team!). If you cannot afford to pay at all, talk to us – we would rather you were with us than miss out on the good things God has for you!
Another way to camp or day-visit for free is to volunteer to serve. Many Jubileers served on stewarding or kids and youth work last year. Pete and Lizzie are heading up two teams and are looking for volunteers to work with them – chat to them if you would like to know more!
