Hall of Fame or What a Shame?

“Mediocracy and inadequacy is dangerously attractive and alluring… It’s safe, its quiet, it’s a thief – it robs you of the extraordinary kingdom bringing life that your Almighty Father made for you!”

-       With God you might as well discount yourself

-       Without God you are weak

-       Without God you are at best ordinary, certainly nothing special…

That’s certainly how Gidoen felt, he was at peace with how he felt.

But with God:

-       You can be counted in the hall of fame!

-       Filled with the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the grave you are powerful!

-       Considered – counted by God as His firstborn child – you are extra ordinary!

Application Questions:

Do I discount myself easily? Where does that come from?

What has God spoken over you in the past that you have discounted yourself from?

What Promises, prophetic words have you received but easily let go of?

Who are my role models of faith?

What adventures and plans had God made me for – how can I start to CHOOSE to believe and stop discounting myself?
