• Character: Samuel & Saul (Men of God) get it wrong

Hebrews 4:16 “Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

 

Application Questions:

1. Coveting - What do you crave and want that your neighbour has? Try to determine whether a basic need is leading you to envy. How can we be more content in God? List all he has given you…

2. Character - Read 2 Peter 1:1-15, & Gal 5:16-26. What does a Godly character look like?

3. Heart - Everyone can see your face, only God fully knows what your heart looks like. What steps can we take to improve our heart’s attitude?

4. Surrender - Is God King of your relationships, money, & possessions? Ask Holy Spirit to reveal what you need to surrender before the Throne of Grace?

5. Sacrifice - How do you enjoy connecting with Jesus? Spend time drawing near to Jesus and find Grace to help in time of need.
