Service Details
Floor Manager: The floor manager will meet with you as you book and plan the event. The floor manager is a resource to help you with details to ensure the event will run smoothly at the centre. The floor manager, and/or another employee of the centre, will personally be there during the event to help set up/clean up, direct activities, and be in charge of Health and Safety.
Cleaner: All hirers at JCC are expected to take down all decorations, move tables/chairs/furniture after every event. The Weekend Package Booking includes a cleaner so you do not have to clean after the event as well. When you event is over, you will be glad that a cleaner is included!
Car Parkers: At JCC, we have 70 spaces of private free parking. However, when hundreds of people arrive around the same time, it becomes necessary to provide car park attendants to maintain an orderly, safe, and welcoming environment to every guest. It really makes a difference!
Equipment Explanation:
Sound Equipment/Technician: The Jordan Hall offers fantastic acoustics for a concert or theatre performance. The Sound Equipment includes the use of microphones, equipment to mix music, and the ability to play music through a state of the art speaker system that distributes sound evenly around the hall.
Lighting System: This is an amazing deal that includes the set up, and take down of a professional lighting system that can make your event sparkle. Whether you want a the flashing of colours for a disco, or a classy lighting scheme for your banquet, the lighting system has all you want and more!
