The Pereti principle states that 80% of the work in any organisation is done by 20% of the people. Not so at Jubilee! Over recent years we have worked together to express our value of everyone doing something rather than someone doing everything. We have seen huge success as person after person steps up to the serving plate at JCC.
We love to celebrate the servant heart at Jubilee and say a heartfelt thank you to all our volunteers. If you serve on a team at Jubilee we want to invite you to the annual Thanquet – our banquet of thanks!
Invitations will be sent out soon, but save the date. Exams will be finished, the sun will be out and we will be ready to celebrate another great year of God’s grace. Make sure you are there to see the infamous staff skit, find out who will win the worship Oscars and most importantly who will be crowned unsung hero 2014.
