Over 88 folks have taken advantage of the Early-bird booking price and will be joining us at Ashburnham this August Bank Holiday! If you missed it, you can still book at the Standard Price until the end of March, so don’t leave it too late – late booking is expensive! We are looking forward getting to know each other better as well as benefit from the excellent teaching. There is a great kids and youth programme, and many families were blessed to see their children grow in their relationship with God last year.
We are still looking for volunteers for stewarding or to work with Pete and Lizzie on the kids and youth teams – if this is you, then you camp or day-visit for free. What a good way to bless others and get blessed yourself if funds are tight!
If single folk are hoping to camp but have no one to share with, we usually have space in group tents or put single tents together so that people are not isolated – let me know if you are looking to share in this way or have room for another in your tent!
The prices below are for camping (self-catered) and day visitors.
Standard Booking Price (till 31/03/15)

Late Booking Price (till 17/08/15)
- Adult (18 and over): £130
- Child (5-17): £15
- Child (0-4): FREE
Prices for staying in the house with all meals provided can be found on the website, although many rooms have gone.
You can either pay now for camping or day tickets if you can afford it, or, if you would rather, enter the discount code EG100 at the very bottom of the booking page. The church will pay your fees up-front so that you can take advantage of the lower price and then you pay what you can, when you can into the collection (in an envelope with your name and ‘Ashburnham’ on it will help the finance team!). If you cannot afford to pay at all, talk to us – we would rather you were with us than miss out on the good things God has for you!
